1 person found it helpfulDec 8th, 2014Color: Pale cherry, light to medium purple. Opaque. Smell: BlackBerry, vanilla, clove, leather, hint of mushroom (?). Tears showing med (?) viscosity/alcohol. Structure: med tart, med tannin, med to full body. Med alcohol. Notes: chocolate, vanilla, cherry. Medium length, smoky, tart finish. Very tasty, but with some tannin bite and a slight burn of alcohol.

Feb 3rd, 2018Go-to priorat. Dark fruit, graphite, great acidity to be flexible with whatever you're eating. I even had it with a spicy Cajun shrimp and it did well.

Sep 10th, 2017bouquet of chocolate, earth, cinnamon, mulch, a little leather and licorice, faint vanilla and dried herbs
flavors reveal a nice mixture of vegetal, earth and plum/blackcurrant. the oak really mellows everything out. gentle for a priorat.
