A beautiful flavour with pear and fruity notes, but almost “watery” in a sense. Very much not acidic but lacking body as well.

Love the Paul Mas. Refreshing and crisp white. Excellent with a heavy meal as it's very light.

Dec 27th, 2017Enjoyed this 2016 vintage in August 2017. Pale gold. On the nose: sweet, ripe pineapple, yellow lifesaver, banana maybe. Fruit paste followed by sharpness, ending in a little bitterness & acidity. May drink this again.
