#lesclosperdus #doloresoutpost Great juice! Fruit forward. Balanced. Full. Rich. Yum!!!! Another bottle now 29 Dec 2021. Terrific. Even better. The Carignan really gives this an edge with tart and wet stone. Love it.

Rustic and funky and dank and fruity and perfect . Dark and earthy Mourvèdre, spicy Carignan and deliciously fruity Grenache all meet up in this truthful wine. Lovely.

Impressive. Drinks like top Bandols at a quarter of the price. Real wine from the Corbieres.

Earthy and quite rustic tasting. Not particularly refined. Probably needs a cassoulet to go with it.

Blackberry preserves, dried meat, iron, balsamic, green peppercorns, haystack, Asian spices. Excellent acid/minimal smooth velvet tannin balance, juicy/silky texture, earthy/peppery finish. Evolves greatly in glass, pairs perfectly with charcuterie and charred brassicas.

Round. Full bodied but not overwhelming. Another one to let sit for years. High QPR.
