Strong acidity, slight saline and citrus. Perfect for making the white wine and garlic sauce for our New Year’s Eve mussels and even better to drink with. The acidity cuts through the creamy butter and garlic perfectly.

Dec 6th, 2018A beautifully done French muscadet. With a slightly saline palate you can almost taste the salty ocean air from which the grapes came from. Lemony with a hint of pear on the nose, medium acidity and a gorgeous palate of citrus and minerality. Paired perfectly with scallops on sautéed cabbage, leeks and chorizo. Loved it.
