A farewell of sorts. For both this vintage (only a couple of bottles and I fear years left as this is reaching maturity) and to a co-worker and friend who will be headed to this very chateau to make the enterprise even better. This one had some deep flavors and roundness at this stage while still retaining its characteristic structure. A fine goodbye. Drink up!
