Frankstein Grand Cru Riesling

Dry, full bodied, rich for Riesling. Still med+ to high acid, but relative to other Riesling. Ripe peach, yellow apple, wet stone, and lemon zest.

Smack you in the face Riesling!

Could barely tell it was a Riesling on first opening. After about an hour and with food really started to come through. Really awesome with food.

Aromas of pineapple, rose petal, ginger, and peach give way to a round mid palate supported by lively acidity. Lithe and mineral, this dry white packs tons of fruits - pineapple, pear, granny smith apple with a hint of briny note. The finish is long, oilly, and honeyed.

Very austere on opening. Took two days in the fridge to open up. Nose heavy and thick - candy apple, ginger honey, petrol

Classic Alsatian Riesling. Orchard and stone fruit. Thick mine rally, petrol. Absolutely delicious

Aromatic, clingy, great representation of Alsace

2011. so yum! lithe and mineral with ginger, kiwi, lychee and pear skin.

Rounder Riesling. More fruit. A little full.

Unctuous, sumptuous with heavy honey, tropical, and citrus notes. Very powerful nose.
