Blaufränkisch

Medium body with generous fruit aromas of strawberry, red cherry, red plum. Silky smooth with low tannins, white pepper, and a whiff of Brett.

Blaufrankisch oh yeah, had a nice bitterness to back up all of those blue fruit nuances!! Had with some artisanal patchwork farm bakery blue cheese & walnut 🍞 toasted up with kerrygold butter!! Went very well together!!! Happy Saint Patrick's day everyone!!!

Lovely caramelized plum taste boxed with tart boysenberries and a hint of smoky charcoal. Very fine and smooth finish.

Still very nice (2012) but typical of European Wines with the earthiness.

aromas of blackberry, redcurrant, black pepper... this tastes dank (in a good way somehow)..shows vegetation, cranberry, redcurrant, black pepper, a little charcuterie, under-ripe plum. overall impression: acid, greenery, pepper and black fruit. great value.

A nice wine from austria, deep red, good structure and complexity.

Quite good, especially with food (tomatoes and high acidity). Had that Austrian velvet/fuzziness in the taste.
