Trocken. Means dry. Let’s hope it’s dry. Light color of spring water and chamomile tea. Smells nice. Lemon cream soda? Citrus blossoms and sweet grass? Flavor is fine. More of a simple sipper. Very on a par with vino verde. Maybe a hint less effervescent and more honey. It’s enjoyable and easy. Good for pool side quaffing. For thanksgiving turkey or the like, I’d go for a bit more bite to the Grüner.
