Made chicken cacciatore tonight to pair this wine with it. I am not a fan. All I taste is red wine vinegar on the end. Raspberry/red cherry up front. Light body. Mercifully short finish. Not sure if I should try cooking with this or just toss it. Definitely better with food but still would not buy again.
