Deep gold. Yellow squash or zucchini, flowers, savory, ginger lemon tea, hint of smoke. Medium plus acidity, medium minus sugar, medium alcohol. Once again, thought it would be a slightly oxidized Jura white.

Does it get better than slightly oxidized Chenin. I don't think so. The angel's share isn't refilled as it ages...such a nice character. Bit of RS...great.
