A Typical Oregon Pinot Noir. Showing strawberries, raspberries, light wood, earth, barnyard, wet leaves and black pepper.
Light to medium in body with medium acidity and nice legs.
Dry on the palate and easy drinking, but a little bitter on the ending for my taste. Would probably get better in the next few years.
Not my style, but very drinkable nonetheless.

Another of the foursome of birthday wines from my son. I’m switching from cabs to pinots. This one has a little oomph and is a great accompaniment to meals of substance and chocolate

Really good! Nice flavor and tanin, went well with salmon, steak and pasta with ragu.
