See previous note 313 weeks ago (6 years ago) when I tasted this from Magnum - basically infanticide. Not as bold and rich as this Cuvée normally is. No dried pear but cashew and nectarine coming through. 100% new oak; no malo. Still a few years cellaring time ahead of it. A more reserved, restrained Art Series Chardonnay - but still gorgeous fruit and a class act as always. Had my 2nd last bottle 18 weeks later on 26th April 2024. More citrus than usual - ripe grapefruit. The usual medium plus to profound intensity. Have the last one in a year or so.

Pale gold, a beautiful nose of red apple there is salinity and mineralogy on the palate. Lots of of fruit including watermelon, nectarines and more apple. A beautiful wine with a long life ahead of it!
