L'Ecole No. 41
Columbia Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
Good cheap Cabernet Sauvignon. Nice with Costco chocolate covered almonds.

Mar 25th, 2018Good stuff. Cool climate cab, which is strutting its stuff right now. Barrel toast with jam tart on the nose. Nice poise on the palette. Delicate black fruits with just the right amount of sweetness. Good tannic structure, finishing modestly sweet with a hint of sage. Impressive for the small amount of shekels.

Dec 14th, 2017Crisp and dry. Good flavor but not terribly potent. Not sure how well it’d hold up to a red wine pairing

Feb 22nd, 2017Beautiful cork. Great deep color. Unfortunately, the aromas did not follow through. Very acetic. Seemed like there was a vibrance in there somewhere that never came out.
