Good cheap Cabernet Sauvignon. Nice with Costco chocolate covered almonds.

Good stuff. Cool climate cab, which is strutting its stuff right now. Barrel toast with jam tart on the nose. Nice poise on the palette. Delicate black fruits with just the right amount of sweetness. Good tannic structure, finishing modestly sweet with a hint of sage. Impressive for the small amount of shekels.

Crisp and dry. Good flavor but not terribly potent. Not sure how well it’d hold up to a red wine pairing

Classic WA cab but still extremely young. These develop really well with a decade on them.

Beautiful cork. Great deep color. Unfortunately, the aromas did not follow through. Very acetic. Seemed like there was a vibrance in there somewhere that never came out.
