L'Ecole No. 41
Apogee Pepper Bridge Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon Blend
Black currants, scorched earth, tobacco on the nose. Gorgeous on the palate. Sexier. Round, lush mouthfeel. Richer than their other two premium blends. Ripe; blackberries, dark cherries, plum & cherries. Softer minerality & loamy soils. The finish has ripe fruit with gentle minerals. 50-50 balance of fruit & earth. Photos of; their busy tasting bar, the school room and a deeper shot of their old school estate tasting room.

Dec 26th, 2017This is great with tobacco, dark cherry, a touch of jam, hint of wood, but really well integrated. The evolution over two hours in the decanter were fantastic for this wine.
