Sancerre Sauvignon Blanc

Fresh citrus, without the overbearing grapefruit that I don't like. Lemon rind with a dry stone minerality. A slight green fruit wood on the finish. Medium-bodied. Heavier and more complex than expected for a sauv blanc. High acid.
I found a sauv blanc that I like.

Pear and apple in the nose and palate. The flavor was enhanced with a mild white cheese.

White flowers, apricots and some citrus. Very good alone or with cheese

Lemony, grapefruit, very acidic. Zesty and bright. Okay, but not my favorite expression of Sancerre compared to others I've tried.

This was very mineral based and swung really hard on the citrus. Would not purchase again.

Smooth.

Not quite what I expected. I wanted crisp and refreshing but it seems fuller bodied and sweeter. More like à chardonnay than sauvignon blanc.
