Vintage 1989 | Le Moulin d’Angibault, Alain Ferran, Vernou sur Brenne. Amazing young colour of this Chenin Blanc, shy smell, balanced taste with good counterpart from acids to sweetness. Would have guessed at least twenty years younger if tasted blind. Paired with a mixed fruit dessert.
