Feb 14th, 2016Light garnet, translucent, somewhat cloudy. Subtle nose, like unsweetened cranberry juice. Tart, almost sour, red berry flavor. A bit of earth in the finish. More like a Flemish sour beer than a traditional Beaujolais villages.
