Another very Interesting selection from Garagiste. Once I got past the the cursing of the wax seal on top of a coke bottle closure (I hate wax seals and a coke bottle closure is just weird) the wine is super interesting. Very astringent and sour at first deserving a poor rating. With time, it opened up nicely revealing a completely different wine while maintaining tons or mineral tones with a super long finish. Went from poor to excellent.

2010. Little cloudy. Sour cherry, super fresh and bright. Tastes young!
