This was quite apple juicy on open, but rounded out into a spectacular wine with some air and a couple days of forgetting it was around.
Crisp and ripe, juicy, medium bodied—like the first big-splash pour on a commercial “aahhhh.” Paired well with salty things and high acid—tomatoes in particular.
