Sincere and deftly concentrated with tight tannins, broad mid-palate, fresh acidity and an expansive finish. Needed a lofty 24 hours in the decanter to fully express itself. Impressive and built for the long haul. Amazing Q/P-ratio!

2004 Un Jour: Nice, but restrained nose of dark fruit with a very dark red color & a moderately full, highly extracted & fairly tannic body with a medium length & still closed aftertaste. It needs at least 5 years in a cold cellar & probably would last 25+ years.

Real black wine. Not only very deep in colour but also taste. Smooth black fruit with some earthy tones. Could still survive a few years in the cellar.

2012 en 2015. Tel qu'attendu, pas au niveau des cuvées supérieures. A moins qu'il s'agisse du millésime ? Ça sent bio, sera aéré longtemps voir carafé la prochaine fois.
