Pessac-Léognan White Bordeaux Blend

Waxy lemons, crunchy papierówka apples, some nice gravelly minerality. Harmonious, rounded and fresh.
Savoury on the palate, with some green pepper notes, a bit of astringency, slightly herbal. Hardly any fruit, but with good minerality, depth & length.
Still - a really lovely nose followed but a disjointed strange mouthfeel. Quaffable. Odd bottle?

Apple, citrus, honey, with a dash of flowers and minerals. A very good medium-bodied Bordeaux to pair with food or drink alone.
Recommended to folkx who want an easy to drink white wine with some body, complexity that isn't a Chardonnay.
