Absolutely amazing!! Velvety soft texture, deep cherry fruits, a dense core of baking spices and a lengthy elegant finish. Sexy and elegant all wrapped in spice n silk!!

The Anderson Valley climate is cool, Pinot Noir cool. This wine shows a medium dark tint and has a nose of blackberry, coffee and cola. The fruit is big enough on the palate, but it definitely has co-stars in the more savory players. Cola takes a bigger turn in the flavor profile, while a hint of black tea bubbles underneath. It has a great structure, firm but easy, and pleasant acidity. It finishes medium long.

More residual than expected. Body is pretty rich, medium to full for a rose.

Having drank these over the past 10+ years I know how to pick'em and this one was all there. Perhaps theist enjoyable bottle yet...

One of the last of the Chandler bottles before the winery was sold to Ferrari Carano. Truly outstanding.
