Law Estates tasting tonight. My first time trying the wines. Wonderful Paso fruit with very unique and impressive winemaking.
Out of the four reds tonight, this was the most plush and fruit forward. Violet, black licorice, candied blackberry and cassis. These Rhône blends can be bruising at a young age, but this was opened 24hrs prior with 1hr open and then re-corked over night...worked well.

Another beautiful gsm blend from Paso. First experience with Law, but won’t be my last. Intoxicating aromatics of raspberry and cured meats. Tannin structure still a little firm at this youthful stage, but I like wines with some life in them:) Paired perfectly with some charcoal ribeyes.
