Wow, dark rich and brawny, goes well with steak.

We had a 2004. I would recommend to anyone to decant and let it sit for a full day prior to drinking. Absolutely agree with the others about decanting it several times, filtering the sediment, and letting it sit for 5 hrs. It's ok and I agree it's a nice wine, but it's a little bitter to start and to finish. It needs to sit and decant for a good day prior to drinking. Think it's an 8.7 the first several hours but could be a 9.0+ based on the 5 hours difference in taste.
