Feb 11th, 2018Coravinned a quick sample to try out. Deep and bright purplish ruby red. Quite savory on the nose with notes of black olives, black pepper, even a little white pepper, some more spices and smoky undertones. A touch of dark berries too. Medium tannins (6/10) with balanced acidity and medium body. Quite dry and savory on the palate with dark cherries, crushed gravel and dark spices. Decent finish that lingers for a little. Drink till 2022.

May 15th, 2014Nice dark fruit blackberry on the nose and palate, underlying black pepper and tannin make a very nice wine. Took some time to settle so probably could cellar for several years and see improvement.
