Second time’s the charm. Bright sweet lemon, Meyer lemon, stoney dusty minerals, terrific density and texture. Vibrant, creamy, lovely. Hint of sugar snap pea. Powerful Chablis. Excellent.

A bit of 2011 green which seems to mostly blow off quick...creamy and seashell, very satisfying. The thick midpalate surprises me, but it finishes lean and proper Chablis like.

2012. This bottle took a lickin and kept on tickin. Brain fart after a night of drinking and left this bottle in the car for half a day baking in the heat. Leaked a little bit and then put in fridge for 3 weeks. Still as solid as a suit of armor. Compliments of The Moose! Thanks buddy!
