This is not your average Chablis. 2003 vintage throws a real curveball, and crush priced it as a risk at $34.95. Had to try it! Day 1 was like a northern Rhone white. Today has more signature notes, kind of oystery and cheese rindy, but with no acid. Definitely smells better than it tastes. Weird experience but one I'm glad to have had!
