Lighter and easy to drink but complex. Has a little bit of the grassy funkiness from francs. Very bubbly on the tongue for mouthfeel when drinking.

Ok, very natural but a bit bluish. Had a bit of a hangover despite no added sulfites and 11%. Liked it more in the beginning than end.
