Laurent Perrachon
Corcelette Morgon Gamay
Very primary right now. Seems like a little bit of reduction on the nose. Snootful of just crushed blueberries along with some stoney minerality underneath. Weighty and tannic. Middlin' acids. You can tell the extract is there but it's hiding right now. Check back in 6 months.

Very red, ripe, crunchy fruit and a floral note are emerging on top of the intense stony minerality, but so is some chalky tannin. Acids are middlin', which is seeming to be the case with a lot of 15s. It's got a lot of nice components but seems like it still needs a year or so to fully come together.
