Combiaty Vieilles Vignes Brouilly Gamay

No new notes really from the last bottle. Nicely made and correct. Delicious with chicken calzone.

Another nice, classic Cru Beaujolais. On the nose, dried flowers, red fruit and cracked black pepper. In the mouth, red fruits, earth and decent tannins. Good acidity. Medium-long finish. Not profound, but certainly more than simply "good" with Peruvian chicken.

Woah. First sip was insane. The feeling stayed through the end of the bottle.

Solid, but more or less unremarkable.
