On est su l'Sable Cabernet Franc

Interesting take on cab franc. 30 days of carbonic maceration loads up the dark fruit (and presumably that’s where the fizz comes from?) but there’s some expected earthy brett in there too. Not your typical chinon. Drink with pizza.

Very gluggable Cab Franc! Sulfur, early spring berries, grippy like limestone, hint of effervescence. Tip er back.

Would not have called Cab Franc. Reminds me of Arnot Roberts Syrah (!)

Funky ripe juicy fruity CabFranc with some leather and spices. Little bit bubbly. Raw wine character, wild. Little bit of tannins, pomegranate peel.
