Nose of slightly sour & gummy; pineapple and lemon. Lime zest, citrus blossoms and yellow florals. Palate of sour lemons, green apple, lime, ripe pineapple, a touch of tangerine, nice gripping chalkiness, ground chunky minerals, quince, baguette, spice, yellow florals, citrus blossoms with nice, round, fresh acidity.
