Beautiful stuff that I simply cannot stop enjoying. Folks...it's hard to find but when an allocation comes in, grab all you can at $34.99. You'll thank me. So...goooood! If you drink VC, Frank Bonneville, Delamotte etc., you should be drinking their Grand Cru cuvées and Special Club. Green apples, lime zest/juice, pineapple, slightly bruised pear, ginger, creme soda. It's got beautiful chalk, acidity, balance, length and finish. After a few hours of being open but capped, it develops a brioche, nut, toffee aka Krug quality.
