94% Syrah, 6% Viognier, 100% awesome! A knockout Syrah with gaminess, lilacs and sugar plums dancing on my palate. 2011.

Low yield production that’s hard to come by. For anyone that’s visited laughing stock you can appreciate this wine with the unique process of fermentation. Vibrant aromas and deep rich color with a silky palate. Last bottle 😞

This is definitely one of my favourites from the Okanagan. Seems to be getting better each year. Cherry, blackberry, pepper. Tinge/ hint of nail polish, but in a very good way. Clear winner of our Syrah blind tasting against some Aussies, although they were cheaper. Saving a 2nd bottle in the cellar. The kids helped with the photo.

This Shiraz from Laughing Stock in Naramata is drinking well now. Chocolate and coffee on the nose, with a floral hint (from the 6% Viognier). Great depth of flavor.
