Superbloom Cuvée Zero Zero California Rosé Blend

Very summery but with a slight funk on the end that cuts through the sweetness. It's a bit dry but delicious with a slight chill on it. Watermelon, honey, strawberry. It hits the mark.

So satisfying. Smells like raw honey. Wild flowers. Then hits you w the tart, sour mouthfeel. Then leaves you dripping in berries and roses. This is a perfect wine. Drink w good friends on shrooms at sunset.

Drinking this way off season! Would be great in early Summer outside by the grill, so maybe I’m too ready for Spring. Funky nose, underripe watermelon and fermented strawberries. Tart, medium-length, simple finish with a touch of tarragon. Lots of sediment.

Fun and funky bottle, lots of yeasty baked goods on the palette for me, but easy-drinking.

Flowery, honey, funk, lemon fragrance, tart with a hint of bitterness, developing in that order. Fun!
