This is a Zinfandel blend since the 2019 version is over 50% Zin. Seems every vintage has been different with previous vintages being a Carignan blend while others were 100% Charbono! I cannot speak for those, only this wine...which works really well. Partially carbonic, this is super fresh and approachable. A quaffing wine fitting to the name and yet, it’s honest and pure. Even a winner with a variety of foods! A fantastic table wine.
