The label say 7% Macabeu. Never had that. Must be a regional one? Slightly rusty red. Pretty attractive in the glass. Smells fruity and floral. Maybe roses. Like potpourri. Or maybe it’s rosehipz. Flavors are zippy and classic Spanish. Spice. Cedar box. Berries. Red berries. More rosehipz. This is great. And a great deal. The bottle says it all, “We like power but we love beauty and this is beautiful.” Maybe it’s the Macabeu.

Great red from the Wine Steward. My husband loves it and he doesn't like reds. Drinkable. Smooth.
