Had this Gewurtztraminer in April and it was very pretty and off dry. Now.. It has re-fermented in the bottle(with a screw crap). Not gonna lie, it's still quite nice. Has a really cool yeasty/guava/kiwi character on the nose, and has almost gone totally dry on the palate. Was opening to have with some spicy foods, but am quite surprised where it's at. Not a bad wine, it just through me for a loop.. Sparkling Gewurtz, who knew!
