This is an intense, in your face with fruit wine without feeling over extracted. Silky smooth, easy drinking and ready to roll. Great QPR. I have been a long-time fan of his Cab Franc and this Cab Sauv didn't disappoint.

Dense with cassis followed by tobacco and some 'meat-like' after flavors. Very suitable with the wood grilled tri-tip to-come. At 14.5% alcohol, interesting to see what happens overture course but this is a very well-made Cali cab.
