Greek wines (that we get in our market) are some of the most interesting around. This Cab doesn't have a lot going on the nose, but once you dig in, there's something very charming about it. Not a ton of tannin. Its acidity comes through which will allow it to pair with a lot of foods beyond just the big proteins.
