Delicate lime and soft steely notes. A little dilute. Precise and pretty.

My 3rd bottle this week. Fresh, crisp with good energy & mineral on the leaner side.

I'd guess a very Pinot driven Champagne. Quite tasty. Acidity is very high which makes it a great starter and finisher. Chocolate cake anyone?.
