Willamette Valley Chardonnay

Pale lemon color with aromas of ripe fruits, citrus, vanilla and nutty scents. On the palate complex flavors of apple, peach and orange citrus, cinnamon notes, well balanced with acidity. Medium+ finish ending with nutty spice, mineral and citrus notes. Great now!

2014 paired with Pork Chop, baked Yam & stir fried Napa Cabbage fresh from the garden. Perfect with this meal on a hot summer evening.

Aroma and finish were not great with this one - maybe mineralogy? Overall body is ok. Would not seek out.

Mineral notes on the nose, musky.

Some oak and yeast flavor with a little effervescence. There's also some green apple and white grape fruit. This is a pleasing and easy drinking wine.

Very tasty! Loved it with dinner.

Oregon Advent. Day 10. Yep, we paired it with a grilled TillamookCheese sandwich cut into the shape of the State of Oregon.

Mild, Malo, low quality but quaffable.

2012 more traditional buttery Chardonnay.

Dry. Not fruity. Mineral.
