Lang Family Estate
Edition Maximilian Rheinhessen Spätlese Late Harvest Riesling
Excellent, well balanced acidity for its fruit, with just a hint of sweetness while still being a dry wine. Honey, vanilla, round out the acidity.

Mar 25th, 2016This is definitely on the sweet side. Lots of overt fruity notes, good for spicy food, which is hard to find. Not bad for 9$, if you like sweet wines or need a sweet wine. Not my preference of sweetness.

Feb 18th, 2016A great Riesling also from Germany. On the nose extremely floral with a slight peachy note. On the back end I pick up a slight minerally smell as well. On the tongue, extremely light bodied with high acidity. And a slight tartness. This would go well with chips and a spicy salsa.
