Winner of the contest among three Finger Lakes whites at the hotel's wine hour, though not much of a competition. This was a weird one made of 85% muscat ottonel, 10% chardonnay, and 5% riesling. Dry, flowery, and floral. Well made, but wouldn't take a bottle home.

Feb 7th, 2017Bright, clean nose with notes of juicy peach and pineapple. Surprisingly dry and rich on the palate. Slightly creamy with loads of stone, spice and honeysuckle with just a hint of stone fruit. The finish is long, dry and stony.
