Mar 27th, 2018Winner of the contest among three Finger Lakes whites at the hotel's wine hour, though not much of a competition. This was a weird one made of 85% muscat ottonel, 10% chardonnay, and 5% riesling. Dry, flowery, and floral. Well made, but wouldn't take a bottle home.

Bright, clean nose with notes of juicy peach and pineapple. Surprisingly dry and rich on the palate. Slightly creamy with loads of stone, spice and honeysuckle with just a hint of stone fruit. The finish is long, dry and stony.
