Seyssel AOC 2010, 12%. Bottle tasted in March 2015.
Classic method sparkling vine from Savoie region, resting 36 months on the yeasts.
Pale golden color, with a hint of green, medium perlage.
Nose with scents of white pears, a little flowery, but mostly dry, crisp and just a hint of toasted fruits.
In the mouth it's very clean, a little citrous, but mostly mineral and sapid.
We had it with various fish appetizers and dry duck breast; it was really pleasant!
