Bold and spicy with a fresh herbaceous nose, I get hints of celery, tomato leaves and anise. Very dry and tannic with a strong cherry cola palate. Paired wonderfully with a wood fire grilled striploin.

Nose cherry and licorice

Dry berry Woody and smooth with a dry finish. Very little tannin.

Alone but a bit dry for that.
With mild cheese

Ok with steak
