Bold and spicy with a fresh herbaceous nose, I get hints of celery, tomato leaves and anise. Very dry and tannic with a strong cherry cola palate. Paired wonderfully with a wood fire grilled striploin.

Nose cherry and licorice
Dry berry Woody and smooth with a dry finish. Very little tannin.
Alone but a bit dry for that.

Mellow medium. I really could have used some more tannin, but that said, it's ready to drink, and pretty tasty.

Really nice, smooth blend with minimal tannins and a fruity, rich taste. Would go well with meat!

Beautiful, strong, complex. Honey, smoke, iodine (see water), wet granite plums. Mouse is not in perfect shape, though.
