From the #mysterycase and with 8% Chenin Blanc. Sour apples on the nose, flavours of buttered toast, apple, and lime. We actually did have it with 🦞 yesterday per their super-subtle suggestion LOL and it was pretty nice 😄

Probably the best white blend I've tasted in a while. Perfect balance of crispness/acidity and green fruit and citrus. The pleasant grassiness is also there. I have another bottle and need to find a BYOB lobster restaurant here in town! I'll settle for shrimp, too.
