Smooth as silk - tastes like purple flowers for sure. Canadian Oak gives it awesome spice.

I've been having a hard time finding good wine pairings for BBQ sauce online. This Merlot did a good job enhancing the sweet and spicy flavours. I only wish I could have given it more air. The last glass was a big improvement over the first.
