Fragrant, sharp palate, massively mineral with searing lemon/lime notes, hint of tropical fruit. Vinous. Geeky and perhaps needs more time. I’d like a bit more elegance… wife loves it.

Amazingly fresh. Blocked ML. At a great drinking spot. Crispy, crunchy red verging on brown apple skins. Kirsch / ratafia nose, ginger and the right oxidative sprinkle. Persistent, mouthwatering and punchy finish. Candied ginger, parsnip / celery with air.
